Dr Miguel Lains Cardoso is a graduate of Lisbon University, in Portugal. He moved to Scotland in 2010. While in the UK, he developed a special interest in Restorative Dentistry having completed a Masters degree in Aesthetic and Advanced Restorative Dentistry at the highly prestigious King’s College London. He also attended a number of post-graduation courses including an Advanced Restorative Dentistry Certificate at CADE Dental Education in Manchester.

Dr Cardoso is committed to continue the investment in his Professional Development for the benefit of his patients.

Miguel is a member of the Royal Odonto-Chirurgical Society of Scotland and an associate fellow at the College of General Dentistry, this is an additional qualification that marks out a certain standard of achievement in the care of his patients.
​
Outside of Dentistry, Miguel dedicates most of his time to his wife and children.
